Shipping policy

Order Processing: 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. If the ordered items are in stock and ready to ship, you can expect an email within 3-6 business days to let you know your order is on the way. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: 

Shipping with Covert-Edge is Free within the contiguous United States.

International Shipping: 

We do not currently offer International Shipping through the website. If you are an international team, coach, or athlete and wish to purchase a Half-Gate please contact Jack@covert-edge.com 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original conditions, we will also refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Jack@covert-edge.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
